Advisory Service Plan #1
On-going basis:
This unlimited annual plan will provide our customers with Strategic, Growth & Exit, Financial & Operational Advisement to help CEO and BOD members achieve their overall Corporate Strategic Objectives. Under this Plan we will partner with your company based on your BOD’s required objectives and provide an End-to-End Advisory solutions.
Customers under this plan will engaged based on annual contract, where payments are due at the inception of service and beginning of each quarter.
Example: On-going Strategic advisement to align BOD, Shareholders, and Executives for an annual basis.
Advisory Service Plan #2
Limited:
This plan is for customers who may or may not need an on-going services at this time. These customers will have access to our full Advisory services for a minimum of one quarter as part of this contract, where payment is due at the inception of service. These customers have an option to renew for one or more quarters or as needed with their perspective payments are due at beginning of each quarter.
Example: to use our Strategic Advisement for one quarter for Strategic Growth and/or Exit Strategy during potential Merger & Acquisition (M&A), Capital Raise, or Consolidations.
Advisory Service Plan #3
Custom Option:
This plan is for customers who have one specific Advisement needs for very short period of time (Usually from few days to one or two weeks). These customers have access to all of our services as well. These plans requires single payment at inception of service for limited number of hours and for one single specific project. These customers can add multiple projects to this plan as they require more of our services based on separate contracts and payment plans.
Example: to use our Operational & Financial advisement during down-turn, market fluctuation, reduction in force, or sudden change in overall business.
